Door to Change
Basic and essential services, whose purpose is to facilitate the reintegration of homeless people into the community and provide them with a professional support system.
Includes the following services: showers-clothes-shoes-washers-dryers - lockers-food-community outreach-case management-social work-recreational activities.

Community Integration
Support for homeless people who have been or are being placed in permanent housing projects.
The main purpose is to strengthen the life skills of each individual which, in turn, will allow them to obtain and maintain housing and income opportunities.
Job search support and educational alternatives.

Camp for Social Development and Self-sufficiency
The goal is to develop participants' life skills to reach their highest possible level of self-sufficiency and enhance their potentials.
Workshops are offered on the following topics, among others:

personal hygiene

Konect@os (Connected)
Virtual library and techno-educational collaborative with the following objectives:
Mitigate the Digital Divide: the project is aimed at reducing the digital divide of underserved communities.
Educate and Train: Participants will learn to use technological tools such as tablets, computers and the internet to facilitate their access to public or private services and essential government information.
Search for Employment, Studies or Housing: This space will provide search tools for education, research, employment or housing through the internet. In addition, children, youngsters and adults will be able to use the space to carry out their school or university homework.
A Safe and Inclusive Place: Konect@os is a space where everyone has the opportunity to learn about digitalization and to collaborate working in shared spaces (co-working space).

Healthy Connection
The objective is to guarantee primary and mental health services to the homeless.
The following services are offered:

Preventive and primary medical care
Support is offered in the process of entering and using the government or private health system.
Through Conexión Móvil (Mobile Connection), health services are brought to people from vulnerable communities in San Juan who are at high risk of losing their homes and who live in extreme poverty.

Community Development Program
Program through which community education, community social work and case management, among other services, are provided to vulnerable communities in San Juan that were impacted by hurricanes Irma and María and have been doubly affected by the 2020 earthquakes and the Pandemic of the COVID19.
Provides support and educates boards and community leaders on issues relevant to sustainability and resilience, among others:empowerment values

The program is mainly focused on the population of elderly people who live in these communities with different vulnerability factors, without sufficient support networks and poor access to public services.

La Fondita's Families
The program is primarily focused on providing support and guidance to families (adults, youth, and children) living in need, without sufficient support networks and/or poor access to public services. It is always committed to the well-being of Puerto Rican families. The program's goal is to expand assistance to families experiencing homelessness or at high risk of homelessness and to meet their basic needs. Its objectives include:

The program provides case management and social work services to families in Puerto Rico, relying on a network of internal and external resources that support the delivery of services.

Peer Educators
It is a group of people whose purpose is to humanize the perception of homeless people by eliminating myths and breaking stereotypes and misconceptions.
Provides a forum for homeless people to share personal stories and experiences.

Social Justice Program
Its' objective is to educate and impact the public policy of the country, as well as transform the private attitude that affects the homeless and other vulnerable populations.

Personal Growth Project
Support for a better balance through readings, reflections, music, group dynamics and spiritual counseling.
