Microenterprises
La Percha 704
Therapeutic and training space for the participants of La Fondita de Jesús, with the objective that they can develop skills that help them prospectively join the labor force.
In turn, it is a microenterprise that helps raise unrestricted funds, which are reinvested in services for our participants.
The clothes and footwear that are sold in this space are those that are not practical for homeless people, such as evening gowns, wedding dresses, jackets, ties, high-heeled shoes, among others.
Regular store hours are: Monday to Friday 10am-4pm / Saturday and Sunday: CLOSED

La Percha 704

Siembra Verde Hydroponic Nursery Workshop
It is one of the micro-enterprises of La Fondita de Jesús.
The project focuses more on its part of economic development, so that it can be more self-sustaining, while developing the skills of participants and members of the impacted communities; also serving as a therapeutic resource.
With the proceeds obtained from the sale of the harvest, we reinvest in services, which are not covered by the restricted funds that we currently receive.
We are ready to offer you our next harvests of cilantro, as well as Tropicana and Romaine lettuce. To order, please do not hesitate to call 787-310-2101 or write to adiaz@lafonditadejesus.org.
Siembra Verde Nursery
Art Workshop
Initiative that develops talent in the areas of drawing and painting under the direction of teacher Carmen Irene Seín de Santoni, whom we affectionately call "Ñañi".
Annually it celebrates an auction of the works to highlight the work of the participants. The funds raised are divided between the artist and the workshop for the purchase of materials.
